Assetlink have leveraged our significant existing aged care service experience to develop specific cleaning services that can assist property owners and managers respond to scenarios related to a COVID-19 case.

Following a confirmed or suspected case, Assetlink-trained team members will attend affected area to commence an infectious control clean. Some key processes include:

  • Isolation of impacted area including barricades and signage as necessary
  • Pre-start safety review for all team & all required PPE is worn

  • All disposable items (including all general waste from area) are secured for proper disposal off site
  • All reusable items are removed from area and disinfected
  • Safe removal of PPE for all team members

Once cleaning process is completed, occupants may return to the impacted area.

Preventative High Touch Point Clean

Our frontline teams are more committed than ever.

Given the uncertainty of future government responses, our teams are stepping up to the challenge.

We are communicating with our 3,000 team members every day, and their message is overwhelmingly positive. We are humbled and so proud of their efforts.

Assetlink business continuity is secure.

The Executive Team meets daily to respond to changes, review scenarios, and proactively prepare for the next phase of community response to the pandemic.

Assetlink clients are providing industry leadership.

We are in daily communication with all of you and want to say thank you for your partnership and leadership as we navigate these unchartered waters.

There are so many positive and best practice actions to highlight, below are just a few:

  • Clients are considering the long-term view and providing continuity of services wherever possible. This dramatically reduces the inevitable risk of a re-transition when we return to business as usual.
  • We are working together to direct and adjust our services to meet situational needs (e.g. enhanced frequency of high touch point cleaning, more security resources to support retail loss prevention, modified work instructions for aged care facilities, contingency scenario modelling for various asset types).
  • Clients are prioritising safety as we support the essential services for our communities. Site specific contingency plans are in place.
  • As Assetlink provides services to a significant number of high traffic assets, we are dealing with on-site confirmed client cases of COVID-19 (unrelated to Assetlink team members). The response to date has been efficient and effective.

Our COVID-19 Response Team is ready for your call.

Our Covid-19 Response Team is in place with a dedicated Service Desk for coordinating communications. If you are concerned, or should you have any questions at all please:
