Aimed at providing support teams with a better understanding of our business operations, Assetlink has launched its ‘Feet on the Ground’ program. 

Focused on team awareness and engagement, this program provides our support team members with the unique experiences faced by our frontline team members every day - walking in their shoes, greeting their customers and meeting rotations! It also allows our support office team to get to know our frontline teams in their own environment.

Oliver Schacht, Head of Assetlink Services was among the first to participate in the program and shared his experience following his shift at Gordon Shopping Centre earlier this month. "I had the privilege of working with our team at Gordon Centre in Sydney. A big thank you to Neo, Tarn and Bill for showing me the ropes. A great experience and I'm looking forward to my next site.”
