With efforts geared towards the pursuit of perfection, this comes as both a compliment and pushes us to reach new heights.

For 5 weeks, the Australian HR Awards sought nominations from across the HR industry. In response to an extensive marketing campaign, the AHA were inundated with hundreds of nominations from across Australia. Once nominations were closed, Australian HR Awards entered an intensive research period. During this time each nomination was investigated in greater detail by a team of HR Awards researchers. In addition to this, the researchers also sought to uncover other achievers in the industry who may not have been recognised in the first round of nominations. 

The awards are based across statistical evidence, nominations and case studies validating that nominees are at both Leadership Development as well as seeking out the premier HR Director Australia wide.

This year, the Australian HR Awards will be held on Friday 7th August in Sydney and we wish Wayne Gobert and his team all the best at the event.
